As a chatbot development and operation engineer, you will be working on developing and operating a chatbot for the business chat app “InCircle.” In order to realize our clients’ requirements in a short period of time, we would like you to incorporate container technologies, serverless environments, new services, etc., and build an environment that enables faster and easier development.​

Specific job details

• Planning, developing, and operating a chatbot for the business chat app “InCircle”
• Management of development plans
• Collaboration with other departments, such as the sales and marketing departments

Prerequisites

• Experience in building and operating AWS
• Experience in infrastructure architecture design

Skills

• Experience and interest in using new services and technologies (AWS Managed Services, and others)
• Technical knowledge and experience of containers
• Construction of a serverless environment

Experiences in agile development

You will build and improve a chatbot that works with various API systems in short cycles, accumulating experiences in agile development that are both speedy and qualitative.

Salary	Annual income of JPY 5 million to JPY 9 million (wage type: monthly salary system) ※ Salary will be decided based on your previous salary, experience, and ability.

• Operation and design of services, operation and function enhancement of operation and management systems for user servers
• Building, maintaining and managing servers, responding to various alerts, and setting up
• Reconstruction and design of server infrastructure in anticipation of future increases in system loads
• Defining system security architecture and responding to inquiries

Prerequisites

• Experiences in building and operating LAMP environmental systems
• Knowledge/experience in making full use of the Linux shell
• Experiences in the construction and operation of Zabbix monitoring systems.

Nice-to-have requirements

• Moderate or more advanced knowledge about TCP/IP and networks
• Troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of smartphones such as iOS/Android
• PHP/Java literacy
