Handling of Personal Information of Applicants

AI CROSS Inc. (hereinafter “we,” “our,” or “us”) will handle the personal information of job applicants (hereinafter the “applicants”) acquired through application forms, resumes, CVs, etc. in an appropriate manner in accordance with the following items based on our privacy policy.

1.Personal information
Personal information is the following information that we acquire in our recruiting activities to identify the specific applicants: (1) Basic personal information such as name, birth date, age, gender, (2) information such as postal code and address, telephone number, and e-mail address, (3) information on the job background, motivations, qualifications, annual income, etc. stated in the resume or CV submitted by the applicant, (4) information on the results of tests and health checkups conducted at the time of recruitment.

2.Purposes of using personal information
We will use personal information only for the following purposes. Unless otherwise set forth in our privacy policy, we will not use personal information beyond the extent necessary to achieve these purposes.

To check application history and conduct the selection process based on personal information written on resumes and CVs.
To inform the applicants about the date of interview and the selection results.
For post-hiring wage determination and employment management.

In addition to the purposes above, for the purpose of use with the consent of the applicants.

3.Outsourcing of handling of personal information
We may entrust to a third party the handling of personal information within the scope of the purposes of use. We oblige our subcontractors to manage personal information strictly and supervise them.

4.Providing personal information to third parties
We will not provide or disclose the applicant’s personal information to any third party other than the outsourcing contractor without obtaining the consent of the applicants. However, in events as stipulated by laws and regulations, we may disclose the personal information of the applicants.

5. Storage and use of personal information
The personal information of the applicants who are recruited as a result of the recruitment process will be stored and used as personnel information in accordance with laws, regulations, and internal regulations. For personal information of unsuccessful applicants, we will take responsibility for discarding and deleting it. Please note that the application documents provided will not be returned.

6.Correction of personal information
If a notice of the purposes of use, or discontinuation of use, disclosure, correction, deletion of personal information is needed, please contact us as bellow: “Contact for inquiries regarding the handling of personal information of job applicants.”

7.When personal information is not provided
Selection may not be conducted if the applicant only provides part of their personal information or does not provide their personal information at all.
