GREETING

A Decade of Innovation—Looking Ahead to the Next 10 Years

This year marks the 10th anniversary of our company’s founding.

My journey as an entrepreneur began after returning to Japan from the United States. Balancing work and motherhood was an immense challenge, making me realize firsthand the pressing need for a more flexible and inclusive work environment. However, looking at Japan’s future—one of an aging society and a declining population—it became clear that we needed to go beyond just supporting working mothers like myself. We had to create a system where more people, including seniors, could work comfortably while also enabling businesses to achieve unprecedented productivity.

With my experience working freely in the U.S., I felt a strong desire to contribute to Japan. That is why I established our company with the mission: “Smart Work, Smart Life.”

Even after a decade, that mission remains unchanged.

Beyond Efficiency—Toward a Future of Fulfillment

As we step into the next decade, we are committed to more than just optimizing workflows. We believe that true success lies in creating a world where work brings fulfillment—not only to employees but also to the people they serve.

Despite being a highly developed nation, Japan continues to rank among the lowest in productivity, happiness, and gender equality. Over the past ten years, technology has evolved dramatically—smartphones have made work accessible anytime, anywhere, and AI has enabled instant access to insights and advice. Yet, these advancements have not significantly improved Japan’s productivity or the well-being of its workforce.

Pursuing efficiency alone turns work into a mere task—something to finish quickly so we can enjoy our remaining time. But shouldn’t work itself be a meaningful and fulfilling experience? By leveraging technology while embracing individuality, we can create work that only a human can do.
If we foster an environment where people can truly be themselves at work, then work itself will become a source of happiness.

Our Renewed Mission Statement

“Smart Work, Smart Life
Elevating every moment that shapes your day”

With this vision, we have redefined our mission statement.
In the next ten years, we are committed to restoring the values Japan has lost—productivity, happiness, and pride. We will continue our efforts to create a society where young people can look toward the future with hope.
The next decade holds great promise, and we are excited for what lies ahead.

We look forward to embarking on this journey with you.
